There are a few people who would like more freedom when choosing a bloodline, there are a lot of people who go with a bloodline and play style that they don`t like just to have the elements that they like, if their choice is even available depending also if they have already capped 1 offense. I have noticed that there seems to be no storm bloodline other than ones for Buki and Gen. The only way for someone to go down the storm route would be to choose those two option if they want to be even close to being competitive in end game fights. But that also excludes Nin and Tai users being that they only bl rank that would give them a choice in storm is a c rank highest bloodline. Ice is also another element that that has very limited bloodline choices, with the option of Nin and Buki for competitive fights. Im sure that there are many players who either go with a different element set or choose to go with a V rank bloodline just so that they can play with the elements that they want and the play style that they want. Im certain a lot of players would like this to be looked into and it would open the game up to be more player friendly.

the problem with special elements like you stated it needs the 2 elements to make. so if i wanna go like wind/water i will always get ice. I cant just go water/wind/scorch. It doesn't make sense. And it would be a nightmare to balance. Yes i should be able to play what i want. Buy can you can easily buy a v-rank and get what you want as a 2nd element. like wind/earth or water/earth. or any verity? of it.

Youre on the wrong track of what im trying to get at. Im saying to be able to get the elements you with the offense you want. say im going for storm bl but have tai as my offense, the only way i can have that is to have a c rank bl which is not competitive end game vs higher tier bl.

I agree with LG here. I understood exactly same thing.

Best thing to do if you want a specific element with a specific offence if to buy a vRank bl .

I think he meant it more as to have BL (bonuses and jutsus) to be based on which is your specialization rather than affixed offense type?

See the point is lets say someone want to go lets say ice tai or scorching tai, how can they go either with a V rank? its literally impossible which brings me back to the point of making the bloodlines more open to the type of offense poeple want, instead of being locked it to certain offenses.

I still don't see where you want to get, when you roll a V rank you can pick off and you can also pick your secondary element at your choice. There are also so many options for each element and off, the only ones with a limited offer are the special elements, which, by definition, need to be rare, that's why they are special.

Maybe a suggestion would be to have items on the black market to roll a bloodline of a specific element from the basic 5?, Still, you would get the risk of getting a bloodline not the right off for you (or not the one you desire).

Making every bloodline "highest" would be kinda crazy and also very hard to balance.

This has already been suggested a long time ago. I personally like the idea but I don't consider it a priority. There are many other things that need to be done in terms of balance. Adding new stuff would only come after the major things are taken care of.

Also, this isn't completely up to balance. Adding new bloodlines or changing the existing bloodlines to highest offense also requires the event team and permission from the admins. It's a major thing to implement and not necessarily something you will see in the near future.
